This week Liverpool have brought forth a proposal to the F.A that will see:

1. Reduce #PL from 20 to 18 teams

2. Rid off EFL cup and Community Shield.

3.Special status for the nine longest serving teams in #PL 'Big six' including Everton, Southampton and West Ham.

4. Only six of the nine longest serving clubs need to vote for any major changes.

5.Clubs who finishes 16th in the #PL to replace 16th place Championship Club in EFL play offs

6. Premier League to commit 25% of future revenue to EFL.
