We have collected and inherited some wrong beliefs about ourselves and our bodies, but now is the time to redefine our self-love and reclaim our power. Today, I spoke with the incredible Devon Day Moretti. She is a women’s health and fitness coach that focuses on confidence and self-love. Her work expands in many different areas, from fitness to body confidence to mindset to sex.
