Why don’t we stick with our New Year’s Resolutions?

The main reason is that we don’t put work into developing those smart goals into clear intentions and put enough reasoning behind them.

In welcoming the New Year of 2021 with this episode, I wanted to talk about setting your intentions and being more productive. I will share some information about intention, incantation, and productivity hacks that will help you stick with and reach your goals this year.

    • Work for 25 minutes on a single task without distractions, and take a 5 minutes break.

  • The Productivity Planner 
    • This planner helps you to set and complete the most important task of your day.
