Saying Goodbye to Fan Favorites is Never Easy
The Baltimore Ravens do well in the draft and consequently many of their players are deserving of higher pay grades. Unfortunately the straw that stirs the drink can also force it to spill. Because of the cap, you can’t keep all of your players and in order to better the team the front office has no choice but to say goodbye to some players. In the last week the Ravens have been forced to say goodbye to Jacoby Jones and Torrey Smith. Both have provided great memories on the field and in the community. That’s the nature of the beast in the NFL.
