This Isn’t a Sunshine & Rainbows Type of Step
What does the title mean? It means this step in change isn’t ready to be made. It isn’t going to be all “sunshine & rainbows” because there are steps that need to be addressed. So with the Military Justice Improvement & Increasing Prevention Act, why do we think we can sprinkle big picture things in without take certain steps first?
