What is limited beliefs

Limited belief are you belief that you picked up along your journey either from your mom, dad, sibling, community, and environments

How can something have such an impact in your life that make you stuck and not be able to dream big.

Many people are battling with this LIMITED BELIEF. The only thing hold you back is you putting  limits on the things you wish to achieve. You adapt behaviors that only you have control over, because you keep telling yourself you can’t have that. You don’t believe that you deserve the one thing you desire to want.

If you can accomplish the smallest things you desire, you can definitely achieve the big things. The Gap of limited belief is you limiting your own self from what you really want.

You may have to work on yourself to identify what is causing you not to get what you want out of life.

  • Coming out of your own way
  • Stop making excuses
  • Fear
  • Anxiety
  • Truma
  • Grief
  • The list goes on and on…

What action will you put in place to overcome your limited belief. I have put together a step by step guide where you can work on yourself. I have use these step in my own life.

Step 1

Work on your Mindset (shaping your mindset is so tricky. Staying positive when everything around your is crazy)

Step 2

Set a clear goal (vision)

Having a clear and concise goal. Make it even easier to reach.

Step 3

Be consistency

Many battle with anxiety, procrastination, and laziness. You have to pick yourself up do matter what might come your way, and show anyway for you.

Step 4

Get accountability

Being accountable can be hard, by have a partner can help you stay on tract, when you’re slipping.

Step 5

Set deadline when you must accomplish this action place

(3mos, 6mos, 1yr etc)

When you set a deadline allow you to see how long you need to reach those goal on time or early.

Create a road map on what you will need to accomplish is goal, what tools, resources and strategy will you put in place to put this wheel in motion.

Nothing is guaranteed you may have to add or subtract things that are not working. Do some tweaking to be able to achieve that goal…
