b'Victoria Adewumi currently serves as a community liaison for the Manchester Health Department.\\n\\nVictoria brings important insights regarding the challenges facing individuals and families living in Manchester, which is the state\\u2019s most populous community and has approximately 16,000 residents living in poverty. And serves as a core staff member of the Manchester Community School Project, which is transforming elementary schools into neighborhood hubs for linking residents to service agencies and other community resources while working to reduce social isolation in community school neighborhoods. In this role, she also works to create programs that empower families with the skills and knowledge to be better able to participate fully in their community.\\n\\nVictoria Adewumi is a graduate of the Endowment for Health\\u2019s Equity Leaders Fellowship program, and she served as a fellow to NHFPI\\u2019s Board of Directors during 2016. She currently serves as a board member for the Diversity Workforce Coalition and New American Africans, and is a member of the Endowment\\u2019s Health and Equity Partnership Steering Committee.
