Metropolis Council Reluctantly Approves Sewer Plan

This week, the Metropolis City Council reluctantly approved a sewer update plan for the Illinois EPA. It includes, ultimately, higher sewer rates for taxpayers. Jacque Day revisits the city's Combined Sewer Overflow system, with a look at the public's responsibility in the future of clean water on the Ohio River.
