Oelwein, Iowa is a town much like the communities of western Kentucky, southern Illinois and northwest Tennessee. Across the Midwest, small towns are experiencing a seemingly uncontrollable rise in the production of methamphetamine. Oelwein is the setting for Nick Reding's book Methland. Reding gives a reading at Murray State Monday. Jacque Day speaks with Reding about his book, and about the meth problem in our backyards.
