The Paducah Symphony Orchestra has chosen its next artistic director, who was the third candidate previewed in its season-long search. He conducted the Nature's Glory Concert on stage in the Carson Center on February 20. The ebullient Maestro Raffaele Ponti adds the Paducah Symphony Orchestra to his continuing music-making with the Empire State Lyric Theatre, Genesee Symphony Orchestra, and the Genesee Valley Orchestra & Chorus.
