As you may have noticed, it's been a fairly mild winter thus far. Today's February 3rd, and highs are in the 60's. So Gary Pitts spoke with McCracken County Emergency Management Meteorologist Beau Dodson to find out what's behind the mild weather, and what we can expect for the coming month.
