Don't Ask, Don't Tell in the ROTC

The Department of Defense's Don't Ask Don't Tell policy might be voted down by the U.S. Senate next week. And, despite a U.S. Appellate Court Judge's ruling that the policy violates the first amendment. Gays in the Military will have to remain quiet about their sexual orientation. This issue trickles all the way down to Universities and their ROTC programs.
