Wednesday, the American Bar Association released a report recommending a suspension of all executions in Kentucky. A special panel spent two years reviewing capital punishment in the Commonwealth and uncovered a number of concerns. As Kentucky Public Radio's Stu Johnson reports, the 400-plus page report has been handed over to the governor and attorney general for review.
