Coal ash raises health and environmental concerns in Kentucky

Coal generates more than half of the nation's energy and it's burned in pwoer plants in all but four states. one inevitable byproduct of burning coal is ash. A lot of coal ash is in Kentucky, Indiana and throughout the Ohio River Valley. As Kentucky Public Radio's Erica Peterson reports in this special news report, the ash is raising health and environmental concerns for residents of a neighborhood in southwest Louisville.
