b'On this week\\u2019s Meet My Blind Life, Victor interviews a woman he\\u2019s known for over fifteen years. He first met Pamela Hill on an e-mail list called Blind Like Me, then they started seeing each other on other lists they belonged to, and a friendship was created.\\n\\nFirst losing the sight in one eye due to an abusive husband, then losing the sight in her remaining eye to a disease the doctors could not figure out, Pamela Hill has been blind a bit longer then Victor has, going through the same losses, losing her ability to drive, losing her independence and losing a purpose, but unlike Victor, she found a purpose, and the drive to become as independent as she was before she wen fully blind.\\n\\nIn fact, Victor didn\\u2019t realize how inspirational her story was, until he sat down and really talked to her about what drove her purpose in life, and what gave her the tenacity to not let blindness become her default attitude, especially when it came to her favourite pastime, reading.\\n\\nJoin Victor on Meet Me, on Whose Blind Life is it Anyway, every Monday, at 10:00 am Eastern, 7:00 am Pacific, and meet all the interesting people he meets.\\n\\nVictor is always looking for people to interview.
