b"Asian Calamari And Citrus Salad\\n\\nWhat You Will Need:\\n\\nMeasuring cups\\nMeasuring spoons\\n1 sharp kitchen knife for slicing\\n1 greater\\n1 knife for pealing\\nMixing bowls\\n1 whisk\\n1 shallow dish or large freezer bag\\na cooking grate\\nPaper towels\\n\\nIngredients:\\n\\n3 naval oranges\\n\\xbc cup of olive oil\\n\\xbc cup of red curry paste\\n\\xbc teaspoon of salt\\n\\xbc teaspoon of pepper\\n1 pound package of cleaned calamari (tubes and tentacles), rinsed\\nCooking spray\\n1 cup of thinly sliced red onion\\nFresh cilantro leaves\\n\\nCooking Directions:\\n\\nGrate orange peel zest to 1 teaspoon.\\nsqueeze juice from 1 orange to obtain 1 third cup of juice\\nPeel and section remaining 2 oranges. Coarsely chop sections. \\nWhisk together orange zest, orange juice, olive oil, red curry paste, salt and pepper in a bowl and reserve 3 tablespoons mixture for later use. \\nPour remaining marinade into a large shallow dish or zip-top plastic freezer bag; add calamari. \\nCover or seal and chill 2 hours, \\nturning occasionally. \\nRemove calamari from marinade, discarding marinade. \\nCoat a cold cooking grate with cooking spray, and place on grill. \\nPreheat grill to 400 to 450 degrees (high) heat. \\nGrill calamari tubes and tentacles, without grill lid, 4 minutes, or until firm, \\nturning once. \\nPlace calamari in a large bowl; \\nadd red onion, cilantro, chopped orange sections and reserved 3 tablespoons marinade; toss gently.\\n\\nNotes:\\n\\nRed curry paste gives this marinated calamari a huge flavor boost. This dish is great hot off the grill or chilled.\\nShrimp can be substituted for the calamari, if you prefer.\\n\\nMakes 4 servings.\\n\\nTips and helpful hints:\\n\\nKeeping Food Fresh:\\n\\nLettuce And Celery:\\n\\n* Lettuce and celery will keep longer if you store them in the refrigerator in paper bags instead of cellophane ones. Do not remove the outside leaves of either until ready to use.\\n* Lettuce won't rust as quickly if you place a paper towel or napkin in the storage container.\\n* Line the bottom of the vegetable compartments with paper toweling. This absorbs the excess moisture and keeps all fruits and vegetables fresher for a longer period of time.\\n\\nSprouting Onions:\\n\\n* To keep dry onions from sprouting and becoming soft, wrap individually in foil.
