b'The Covid-19 virus affected many populations and demographics, and one of the demographics it affected the most were homeowners and renters. Some were forced to downgrade their living situations, and some where left homeless in all the shuffle, and yet some were taken advantage of, and yet still these problems still occur, even without the pandemic. \\n\\nOur panel this week discusses the rights and responsibilities of home ownership and renting, as well as offer some programs that can help someone going through issues with their landlords or municipal affairs.
