The voices that keep you small

“Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns...We may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breathe in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small.”

The biggest regrets the dying often report were the chances they didn’t take, the things they wish they hadn’t lived enslaved to but felt they had no other choice. We do have choices. We do have opportunities for greater freedom and fulfillment. We need to slow down and begin reflecting. We need to know who we are. Then we need to get out there and do something about it.
