“Courage is not simply one of the virtues but the form of every virtue at the testing point, which means at the point of highest reality. ”

The demon, Screwtape, is speaking to the demon, Wormwood, who is on his first mission. He is observing how powerful courage is in whatever virtue his “patient” possesses, and isn’t just a virtue in itself. It’s an interesting point to consider. Whatever healthy habits or actions we’re taking in our lives — whether the work is inward or outward or both — we should consider the place of courage within what we are doing.
