So, how do you handle the hard days mama?\\xa0You know the ones that really rock you.\\xa0The ones where the baby wakes up early? Or when they don\\u2019t nap the entire time you expected.Or the days they just want to be in your arms\\u2026all.day.long.\\xa0How do you change your perspective?\\xa0How do you stay present and in the moment?\\xa0These days test us. They challenge us. They shake our patience.I know you ask yourself, \\u201cwill it be like this forever\\u201d or \\u201cwhat else can I do?\\u201d\\xa0I\\u2019ve been there. I\\u2019m still there. Everyday I work on strengthening my motherhood mindset.\\xa0So here are some things that have worked for me and I really think they will work for you too:\\xa0f you have a partner- communicate your needs/frustration/exhaustion!\\xa0BREATHE- literally inhale, exhaleWatch a funny video on YouTube/Tiktok whatever to get you giggling.\\xa0Reach out to a fellow mother- one that you trust and that will support you.\\xa0Research/read books about your challenge- lately I\\u2019ve been googling \\u201cwhy is my kid so fussy all of a sudden and screaming all the time\\u201d once I saw some data about this age group struggling with separation anxiety I was educated rather than frustrated with Jake.\\xa0Find time for YOU. I do stress the importance of a morning routine but sometimes that\\u2019s just impossible- so when baby goes down for a nap make it a priority to take care of YOU- not laundry.\\xa0Create a mantra for yourself\\u2026\\u201dThis is not forever, this is just right now\\u201d or \\u201cThis is not a reflection of my parenting, I am a good mom\\u201d
