Cate Denial is the Bright Professor of History, Chair of the History department, and director of the Bright Institute at Knox College in Galesburg, IL. A teacher for twenty-three years, Cate has published and consults on pedagogical innovation, was a participant in the 2017 Digital Pedagogy Institute, and is a member of the Educational Advisory Board of the Digital Public Library of America.
