Kelly Stumpf is a wife, mom, sister and a nurse who has been practicing for over 20 years. She has worked in many different areas, including cardiac rehab and her current role has her back in the hospital in palliative care. Kelly shares how she uses humor to cope with the most difficult situations in her life. Gratitude is one of her daily self-care habits, and she shares so of the other things she is doing to make sure she\'s practicing self-love too.
