 Hair! Julietta and Graciela chat about hair in history and what it means to us today. Nicole tells the BEST success story about her client with IBS and how a holistic view of health and healing including breathwork, reiki and emotional work helped regulate his body and find peace. Nicole is very passionate about natural health and the power your unique blueprint holds to move you into wellness. She enjoys partnering with clients to assist them in tapping into the innate healing ability each person has within themselves.

Nicole looks at the whole person and develops care plans that focus not only on the physical but the mental, spiritual/energetic and social factors to bring one to well being. She finds that mindfulness is just as important as supporting the body physically therefore she uses reiki, affirmations and other techniques for stress management in all functional medicine health coaching sessions. 

Nicole is Board Certified in Functional Wellness using Natural Health modalities to uncover what is going on inside the body as the root of what the client is experiencing externally.

Nicole had her own challenges with gut imbalance, depression, anxiety, auto-immune disease and unhealthy relationships that led her to pursue a focus in holistic wellness.
