Allyson grew up a Michigander and moved to South Florida in 1993 with her then fianc\\xe9, Nick. Married for 27 years with two amazing children, Nicholas age 24 and Lexi age 21.\\xa0 A SAHM for 24 years (with some part-time work sprinkled in) and now an empty nester, Allyson has discovered her true passion is to help other busy moms \\u201cput their oxygen mask on first\\u201d when it comes to their wellness.\\xa0 After dealing with personal health issues and those of her family, she discovered tools to help her achieve wellness for herself and her family.\\xa0 Allyson continues to educate herself and dig through the myriad of information out there to help her clients find what will work for them! She is passionate about working with busy moms, giving them the tools to create wellness habits that stick!
