Our guest Megna Shankaranarayanan is the current President of the Ultimate Players Association of India that governs over 10,000+ athletes.\\xa0She has represented India in multiple Asian, European & World Championships and brought home medals from the World Championships in Dubai & London.

A champion for gender equity, she convinced the National Federation to include the women\\u2019s division of the sport and went on captain India\\u2019s first ever women\\u2019s team. She has played an integral role in ensuring that the sport remains inclusive. She works as a senior sales consultant with Google India driving mental health awareness, corporate fund-raising initiatives along with DEI initiatives. She is an alumni of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
