If you catch yourself worrying \u201cAm I a bad person for thinking that?\u201d, or carrying \u201cWtf is wrong with me!\u201d guilt for the way you feel about something, congratulations: you\u2019re a perfectly normal human. However, this level of concern about the moral value of your thoughts is unnecessary, and a little misguided! In this episode, I\u2019ll read an excerpt from my new book, and talk about the importance of curious self-compassion (instead of self-judgment), and extending love to yourself in those moments.
