Loretta is a self proclaimed \'startup junkie.\' She loves growing early stage SAAS startups, and has grown companies from $1-2M ARR up to over $20M ARR. Her experience encompasses marketing strategy, communications, demand generation and growth marketing. In many early stage startups, it\'s not uncommon for Loretta to be the first marketing leader and the only female in a male-dominated engineering culture, so she enjoys bringing different energy and perspective to early stage startups. She\'s an animal lover (especially dogs!) and uses her vacations as an excuse to get back to nature and swim with humpback whales, whale sharks and manta rays, to name a few.
