Jon, Joshua, Sam, and Michael are joined by Special Guest Griffin Yow as they discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting D.C. United players and their families.

Summary of Interview w/Griffin Yow during technical difficulties: How are you and the family holding up?

- Griffin said everyone is doing well, it\\u2019s obviously an unprecedented time. He\\u2019s doing the best he can to keep up with his school work and do the workouts that the team has been providing.

You mentioned that the trainer has been sending you workouts, what has that been like?

- Griffin said the training staff has been really great about keeping in touch with the players and making sure that everyone is doing well, and staying as fit as possible.

With all of this free time, have you been binging anything good on Netflix?

- Griffin said that Lucifer is really good- he\\u2019s been watching that a lot. He\\u2019s also been getting into Cold Case Files and Dexter, getting into some throwback shows.

What has it been like to join a professional team at such a young age?

- Griffin said it has been a unique, but awesome experience. Not only has he been able to play at such a high level every week to improve his skills, but he has been able to mature as a person.

How has it been balancing a professional career with your high school schoolwork?

- Griffin said that online schooling never stops, so it has been more business as usual for him than for others attending traditional high school.
