XPO Logistics has moved up the potential timeline to complete a spinoff of its logistics operations into a separate company, GXO Logistics. XPO in a June 9 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission said it expects it can complete the deal in the third quarter of this year, up from earlier guidance of the second half of 2021.
