Since then he\xb4s gone on to win the National 5ok Title, the Limerick Marathon, the Glendalough Lap of the Gap Marathon and the Waterford Viking Marathon as well as a host of other wins and podiums and we spoke with Tudor about how he trains, what drives him and his fascinating back story.
