Two news stories are capturing our attention these days:

Early Primary Voting here in Harris County and the mounting concerns along the border between Russia and Ukraine – both stories worthy of our attention.

Today, we start with understanding the implication of the new rules and regulations surrounding our voting here in Texas. Some would say there is a problem, others would say the rules are working.

Bottom line – are all legal voters who wish to vote able to cast a primary ballot during the current early voting period? And what could all this mean for the upcoming November elections?

Then we shift focus to a current global hot spot – the Ukrainian boarder. What can we expect in the upcoming days and weeks? What does Russia want? And what is the reality of the situation?
