Main Street TV: Teodora Owen
Tuesday we welcome pianist Teodora Owen who will be performing at the Markay Cultural Arts Center this Saturday! Teodora grew up in Romania but has been living in Jackson for the past 7 years. Before moving to our area she studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland where she learned from prestigious concert pianists.
In connection with Teodora’s performance The Markay is proud to announce that they have been awarded a “Stand For The Arts” award by Ovation TV & Charter Policy. The Southern Hill’s Arts Council will be presented a $10,000 contribution on Saturday, March 12 ahead of Teodora’s show.
