Friday on Main Street TV we tour the James A. Rhodes Airport just outside of Jackson. The 1 mile runway has been described as the “most important mile in Jackson County”. Our visit comes ahead of the Jack Stone Memorial Fly-In happening at the airport this Saturday, August 21 from 11-3 p.m. The event will feature the Ohio University DC3 Display, a P-51 Mustang, Southern A’s Model “A” Car Club, Ohio State Highway Patrol helicopters, and other aircraft displays. The event will also feature several food vendors including a pancake breakfast from 9-11 a.m. This event is sponsored by the Jackson County Banking Center & Cole Kirby & Associates
