Resilience isn't just some nice term created by psychologists to say that you need to deal with your crap or you will suffer! Resilience is the art of dealing with your crap and not getting it kicked out of you!

That's my fancy way of saying that all of you, all of us, go through setbacks, challenges, stressors, traumas, and difficulties in life, but how we deal with them, how they affect us, is determined by the amount of resilience we have developed. You may think that you can deal with things, until the @*#$ hits the fan and then you find out that you're not as tough as you thought, if you never learn ways to release tension, deal with trauma, and heal.

In this episode I discuss resilience, why it's necessary, how to develop and use it, and techniques and tricks to get you back in balance!
