Podcast question of the week:

Greg from Alabama asks, “I have recently painted my laminate countertops. I started with sanding, then 2 coats of primer (bullseye 123), 4 coats of dark brown Behr interior paint and finished with 3 coats of Minwax Polyacrylic with sanding in between all coats. It’s only been 24 hours after the last coat of polyacrylic but I notice that if I’m washing my hands at the sink and get water on the counter, it creates a white circle under the water. I clean it up and it eventually disappears after it dries. Why is it doing this? Will it stop after the finish has cured?”
