Several Pennsylvania counties are planning to put Governor Wolf’s pandemic authority to the test by reopening before they get formal approval. Meanwhile the state national guard will be working at a Beaver County nursing home where more than 15 percent of residents have died from the coronavirus. Statewide, more than 3,700 people have died from the disease. And, in happier news, the next American Idol could be from Pennsylvania.
