In this episode we explore the experiences of bullying from both sides of the equation - the bully and the bullied. We discuss the emotional states recognized that we find ourselves in, our personal responsibility to lean into the discomfort of these situations and speak our truth, challenging the system that allows (aka tolerates) this kind of behaviour to continue, and how each of us has the power within to challenge that system for real change.
