My good friend Becca has a passion for calling out people who don't respect others and I wanted to spend some time talking with her about some of the problems that are pervasive in our culture. Men, we get called out on our sh*t, and legitimately so. We also discuss the mental health consequences of poor, disrespectful behavior and how our actions and words influence those around us more than we may expect. I had a blast chatting with Becca and I think this is an important conversation regarding the ways that men and women can hold a mirror up to themselves and take an honest look at the way we interact with each other.\\xa0
