Listen to what someone is really saying, to correct them is never a good idea. It stops flow, its stops creativity .\\xa0 Try hard not to form your response while others are talking as you don't really know what they are thinking.\\xa0 Allow for gaps conversations.
What are we really trying to understand, and how do we value others.
To be listened to is to be loved.\\xa0
Try to get over the hiccups in conversations, as the value is in the interactions you create not in pronunciation.
If you want to build confidence in others then listen and understand.
