Here the Beckies talk with Jamie a dynamic manager in early years. Jamie was a year 6 primary school teacher who saw the importance of the early years and decided to take a year re-training for EYTS .\\xa0 Discover what he has gained since changing his educational career route?

Enjoying the company of children is crucial in early years, as is\\xa0 'Being in the moment'.
FUN is crucial and engaging with children through laughter and their ideas is key.
Jamie discusses\\xa0 how he found that learning from others and reflecting\\xa0 on\\xa0 their early years\\xa0 experiences\\xa0 was so helpful.\\xa0 There is a need to reflect in the everyday practice and in action daily. The children care who you are as a person, Children just need fantastic adults around them!
