Here the Beckies talk about what is it that Ofsted want to discover when they come to call. They are joined in conversation today by Nicola Blatchly - Lewis who is a trained Ofsted inspector (this is just one of her roles). So we thought we would ask her the 'ins and outs' about Ofsted, and what can we all do to feel more comfortable when the inspector comes to call...Hearing the voice of the Ofsted inspector and being supported!
Here Nicky explains what it is like to be a trained Ofsted inspector and how she has trained. She talks about the privilege of coming into see early years providers and realistically talks about the feeling of 'the big bad wolf' coming to call.
