Here the Beckies talk to Kelly who is a specialist teacher in health and wellbeing, we chat about the Facts4life, what is the project and what does it mean for early years?
Facts4life is an approach to learning that promotes heath resilience for physical and mental health.\\xa0 Understanding fluctuations in our health is a key element and here Kelly explains why this is so important, she discusses the three key elements we need to know and understand to keep ourselves and others well.
This approach is universally relevant to all ages however Kelly and Facts4life have developed this for the Early Years, with the knowledge that this is needed at a young age to make the biggest difference for later life.\\xa0
This is a flexible approach and takes account of the foundation stage and the unique child.
There are many free resources for all practitioner from the website and training is now available free for Early Years in Gloucestershire. \\xa0
