What is it like for a man in early years , what was Lee's route into early years?

Starting of on a teachers route Lee could not leave early years behind, it kept calling him back.
Lee's family, teachers and tutors all encouraged this route. He met people on his journey who built up his confidence and enabled him to believe in his passion for making a difference in early years.\\xa0 Can\\xa0 people naturally have an in-built\\xa0 ability to be amazing with children?
