Here the Beckies chat about\\xa0 the misunderstanding of 'Holidays' in early years and education.
The dedication of the Teachers and Professionals in all education is astounding.

Why don't we take our holiday that we are entitled to? Why do we work through our holidays?
Are we creating our own unattainable\\xa0 expectations?
We are professionals, are we masking a problem and becoming unpaid volunteers?
Becs has been working through the summer in her Speech and Language role and is blown away with the response she has had back through this 'Holiday' period from educators.
