The Power of Speaking Your Truth

Published: Jan. 25, 2018, 2:54 p.m.

In this episode, I talk about speaking your truth and my own journey with speaking my truth. The fact that I even have this podcast and I talk about speaking my truth is a testament to how far I have come from the days of keeping my secret of past sexual abuse hidden. I give some tips on how I was able to find my voice and remind you of how powerful and important it is for you to find and speak your own truth.
