My #MeToo Story and Transforming Trauma into Triumph

Published: April 14, 2018, 1:22 a.m.

April is #SAAPM – Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. This is a cause very near and dear to me because I am a survivor of incest and childhood sexual abuse. In this episode, I talk about my story, my journey and how I transformed my life and found healing through mediation, spirituality and holistic health and wellness. I talk about the importance of spreading awareness, speaking your truth and answer questions that my audience asked regarding this topic.

If you or someone you know is a survivor or sexual violence, please know that there is help! If I was able to transform my life from PTSD, alcohol/substance abuse, suicide and depression to my THRIVING life filled with gratitude, healing, love and abundance, ANYONE CAN.
