Today we are going to PREVIEW into 2022. We started to preview into 2022 a few weeks ago when we talked about choosing a word for 2022.  Have you chosen your 2022 Word yet?  The next step of this PREVIEW is to create Personal Development Plan for next year.

If you\'ve never done this before then this episode will define Personal Development Plan, give you examples of what to include in your plan, and share how to maintain your plan throughout the year.  If you have created a Personal Development Plan in the past then I will also share ideas of how to wrap up your 2021 Plan and how to move into the new year with a new plan.
