#60 - Even a donkey can coach

In the Bible, Numbers 22:28-31, God talks to Balaam through his donkey.  And when the donkey talks he asks three questions.  I find it so interesting that instead of the donkey telling Balaam that there is an angel of the Lord in the road he asks questions instead.

Asking questions is the foundation of business coaching.  There is more value in asking questions than telling answers.  During this episode we will dig deeper into the value of asking the right questions to better understand someone and to truly help someone grow.
