#116 Thinking differently about event-generated anxiety

There is chronic anxiety and temporary anxiety.  Temporary anxiety happens, especially this time of year, when we have numerous upcoming events to plan.  Besides the normal holiday tasks like shopping, wrapping, and baking, I also have a few unique events on my calendar over the next six weeks.  My son is getting married, my daughter graduates from college, and I am taking a 2-week service trip to Papua New Guinea.  To say I am feeling anxious is an understatement.  But it is all good!  I don\\u2019t want to miss any of these celebrations and opportunities.  During this episode, I will share three tricks that I am following to reduce my temporary anxiety while enjoying this season.
