Hopeologist Dr. Rosalind Tompkins has a hope chat with Dr. Claudette Harrell Project Manager of Bethel Baptist Medical Mobile Unit. The Bethel Baptist Medical Mobile Unit is Mothers In Crisis' local HOPEE (Helping Others Practice Enduring Empowerment) Awardee for April National Month of Hope 2022. The Lord poured into the spirit of Reverend Dr. R. B. Holmes, Jr., Pastor of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church a vision to purchase a mobile medical unit. Dr. Holmes obeyed the Lord, and purchased the mobile medical unit in April 2021, under Jeremiah 33:6 “Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.”  The vision of the mobile medical unit is to create a model mobile health clinic program to increase healthcare that ensures people can access timely and decrease illnesses disproportionately affecting certain populations due to disparities in healthcare. Dr. Claudette Harrell shares from her heart about the challenges and triumphs of managing the medical mobile unit. She shares about the vision and mission of the outreach and how it is a ministry that is founded and fueled by the Word of God. Find out what brings her hope and receive hope from the Hope Thoughts that are shared throughout the podcast. The full list of HOPEE Awardees is also revealed during this powerful episode of Think Hope Podcast. Mothers In Crisis’ Campaign Hope Pass It On and Save a Life is in full swing!
